This English version is provided for information only. The French version is the legally binding one.
Our approach is simple: no advertising-tracking cookies, no audience measurement without your explicit consent, only what is strictly necessary to run the site.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) by the site you visit. It lets the site remember information between two visits — for example your choice on this banner, or a display preference.
Not all cookies are equal. Some are strictly necessary (without them the site doesn't work). Others measure audience or serve advertising — those require your explicit consent.
Strictly necessary (active by default)
Stores your choice on the cookie banner (accepted / declined). Without it, the banner would reappear on every visit.
Duration: 13 months · Origin: internal · Storage: localStorage
Optional (only with your consent)
Audience measurement (Plausible) — only with your consent. If audience measurement is active on the site, the Plausible script (privacy-friendly statistics, aggregated data, no advertising cookie) is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. Until you accept — or if you decline — no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time (section 4 below).
When you click certain links or interact with certain content on our site, you are redirected to third-party services that have their own cookie policies:
— Google Maps (embedded map on the Contact page, “Directions” link) — Google policy
— Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (links to our social media in the footer) — the respective platforms' policies.
We have no control over these third-party cookies. If you wish to avoid them, do not click those links.
On this site: your initial choice on the cookie banner is stored for 13 months. You can reset it at any time below:
You can also delete the lbk_cookie_consent_v1 key from your browser's localStorage, or simply clear the history and cookies for this site — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
At browser level: all browsers let you manage cookies in detail (accept, decline, delete, be notified).
In line with CNIL recommendations, the maximum retention period for a cookie is 13 months. After that, you will be asked for consent again.
To understand what you can do about cookies, see the official site of the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
